TONY FLEMING

Prior to moving to California in 1993, Tony was London based for twenty years as director in an international construction development company focused on real estate development and finance.  During this period, he advised and represented governments; large NGO’s; Fortune 500 companies; financial institutions and property developers worldwide. His projects were varied, including development of the Liverpool Street Tube Station air rights; remodeling of the Savoy Hotel in London; high rise offices; hospitals; theaters; concert halls; and numerous overseas hotels; as well as design and construction of many exclusive residences.

Upon relocating to Silicon Valley, Tony commenced selling residential real estate and developing niche residential projects. In 1997, he moved to Alexander Valley in Healdsburg establishing his own real estate practice specializing in wine country properties as well as establishing his own vineyards and winery. He and his wife, a high tech executive, own and develop commercial and multiple income properties. Tony actively works with clients both buying and selling rural and urban real estate throughout Northern California, with a focus on assuring that his clients have the best representation and outcomes on their real estate transactions. He regularly is one of the top producers in Sonoma County. Today, he actively represents clients in the buying and selling of residential properties; land and vineyards; as well as commercial property throughout Northern California’s wine country. Tony is well respected by his peers and has extensive working relationships with professionals in the real estate industry. He has a great team of contractors, tradespeople, design professionals and other resources to ensure clients' purchase or sale is as straightforward as possible. A seasoned negotiator, strategist and marketing professional, Tony is an excellent listener and team player who understands the importance of meeting clients' needs and expectations. Tony’s professional associations include membership in the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the North Bay MLS Service, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
